I'm quite liking this whole DIY "lifestyle" series I've been doing so I'm going to post up some more of these! This week's post is about optimism/positive thoughts and how it relates to your own confidence, which ties in slightly to my last post about daily motivation/inspiration (see it here: http://thecraftershome.weebly.com/blog/diy-daily-motivationinspiration). I'll probably doing quite a few of these "DIY lifestyle" posts in the future and it will most likely be about a topic that I think is important. Now seriously, I'm no expert at this optimism or self-confidence thing because there are definitely days (most of them) when I see the glass as half-empty and I really just want to grouch and slouch around. But luckily for me (and luckily for you if you feel the same way), your view on your life can be changed through little steps! Hence, I've been trying out these things and they've given me some new insight, so hopefully they'll inspire you too :))

You can even have your friends and family occasionally write something positive about you or just a positive message in general (you don't need to tell them what it's for) and put it in!
