In today's blog post, I'll be sharing some of my favourite foods this month! These are just things that I've been eating non-stop (#youcaughtme) so sit back and enjoy :)

This yogurt honestly tastes so good! You can eat it with a meal or you can eat it after as dessert without all the guilt. Greek yogurt is very creamy and rich but in its purest form, it has a slightly bitter aftertaste (although the texture is great!) which is why I eat flavoured Greek yogurt. There are four flavours in this dessert pack: Strawberry Shortcake, Lemon Pie, Creme Caramel, and Mocaccino (I think that's how to spell it).

Next, we have something that cannot really be eaten by itself (well, I supposed you can ;)): Sensations No Limits barbecue sauce. It's thick, flavourful, and tastes great on ribs or meat sandwiches!

These cookies kind of remind me of breakfast biscuits because they're pretty filling. There are yogurt chips and cranberry pieces along with whole grain oats. It can be a bit sweet, but overall, I really like the texture/chewiness of these cookies! :)
4. Kupiec Rice Cakes

Okay, so I tried these at the end of January so they can't really count for February food but these are so good I thought I'd share them anyways :D These rice cakes are pretty healthy and they have many different flavours (sunflower, sea salt, corn, etc.). They can be eaten with sour cream or other toppings but I quite like them plain because there is flavour and it's crunchy <3
