Summer is here and with it comes a lot of delicious foods...ice cream, chips, pizza...you know, the foods that you eat and end up regretting when you step on the scale at the end of the summer. Today's entry is going to help you satisfy your summer junk food cravings, while still providing you with your snack fix! These options are healthier than your typical snack. Let me know in the comments if you want to see a "Stay Health Swap" for meals or desserts :) If you enjoy it, look below and you'll find the "Pin it Here" so you can share it with your friends!
Subscribe if you enjoy and be sure to check out my previous entries that include monthly food favourites, style steals for celebrities (Iggy Azalea, Ariana Grande), and more! You can find these in the different categories listed in the sidebar of the blog :) (Beauty, Crafts, Food, Personal).
Let's jump right into it :) The images are pretty self explanatory because they have labels under each image (as well as a short text description underneath each big image), but if you have any questions about the options, let me know in the comments :) At the bottom of the entry, I included some more snack ideas that are healthy that I have found elsewhere :)

Chips for Pepperidge Farms Cracker Chips (I really recommend these, they're delicious!), crackers and salsa (or any dip you prefer), or Sensible Portions Veggie Straws.
Ice cream for Yoplait (or IOGO) yogurt tubes - I like to put them in the freezer to have a similar texture as ice cream - and Greek yogurt with any flavouring such as fruits, vanilla, cocoa powder, spices, etc.
