1. Candles (optional)
Candles are always nice to have when de-stressing because they add a nice smell and a nice glow to your room. I really love the Bath and Body Works candles because they smell heavenly <3 Choose a scent that you like and let the aroma float throughout the room~ If you don't like candles, you can always use a bottle of essential oil. In general, scents like lavender and chamomile are soothing and will help you relax.

2. Foot Soak
Fill up a basin, kick off your slippers, and add some of your favourite foot soak! Some foot soak products that are inexpensive that you may want to pick up are: Freeman Bare Foot Softening Soot soaks, The Body Shop Peppermint Reviving Root Soak, and Sally Hansen Revitalizing Foot Soak.

3. Facial
Facials at spas are definitely quite expensive, but you can have the same experience without even leaving your house...okay except to buy the products. I mentioned Freeman before in the foot soak section, and I'm mentioning them again with a lot of enthusiasm. Freeman's feeling beautiful line carries various facial masks and scrubs: the Pomegrante sugar scrub, the Cucumber peel-off mask, the Mint and Lemon clay mask, the Chocolate and Strawberry clay mask, the Avocado clay mask and the Dead Sea Minerals Anti-Stress clay mask to name a few. The masks feel great on the skin, and if you pick it up at Walmart or you buy it online, it costs only around 4 or 5 dollars!!! And their products aren't tested on animals! I'll include a picture of it below.

That is it for today's entry :) I hope you enjoyed and I hope you'll try the Freeman Feeling Beautiful facial masks because they really are heavenly (I would pretty much buy all of them at once if it weren't for the fact that they would dry up before I could finish all of them). :)
Stay tuned for more entries and subscribe for updates! Please excuse any long gaps between updates (and spelling errors haha) because I'm still feeling a little jetlagged + I'm behind on some work because of travelling. Thank you!
